Why Organise a Workshop With Us?

Sixteen Forms, Curated to Your Brief

Twelve traditional and contemporary art forms, plus mosaic, clay mural, tissue paper and glass painting. The form is chosen against your group size, timing and objective — not picked off a fixed menu.

Bonding That Isn't Forced

Colleagues work shoulder to shoulder on a shared outcome. Hierarchies flatten, quieter people contribute, and conversation starts on its own — no icebreakers required.

Sharper, Looser Thinking

Working with hands and colour engages a different kind of problem-solving. Teams return to their desks more patient with detail and quicker to see a second option.

A Real Break From Routine

Seventy-five to 120 screen-free minutes where mess is allowed and nothing is "wrong." The kind of offsite people look forward to rather than sit through.

Planned Event by Event

Theme, complexity, station layout and facilitator ratio are set per booking. Materials kitted per head, venue ready before guests arrive, team stays till the last piece is finished.

Artist-led

Full-Time Artists, Not Event Staff

Run by the studio's own artists, who spend the rest of the week on commissioned work. Facilitators are matched to the form they practise professionally, and briefed before the date.

Corporate Art Workshops in Delhi NCR: Team Building That Actually Sticks

You're planning a team offsite and quietly dreading the usual — the forced icebreakers, the trust falls no one wants to do. There's a better option. Corporate art workshops put a brush in everyone's hand and get a team creating together, which does more for how colleagues actually work than another round of scavenger hunts. This page covers what a session looks like, the formats we run, whether we come to your office or host you at the studio, group sizes, pricing, and the companies we've already done this for.

What a corporate art workshop involves

A corporate art workshop is a guided, hands-on creative session where a team makes art together — usually painting or an Indian folk-art form — led by a professional artist. No one needs any prior skill. Over one to two hours, colleagues relax, collaborate, and leave with something they made, plus an easier way of talking to each other afterwards.

The artist runs the room from start to finish, so nobody is left staring at a blank canvas wondering what to do. Everyone gets guided through the same steps, at a pace that suits a mixed-ability group, and the result is that even the "I can't draw" people end up with something they're quietly proud of.

What makes it work for a team isn't the art itself — it's the side effect. People drop their work personas when they're painting. The senior manager and the new joiner are suddenly on level ground, both figuring out the same brushstroke. That flattening is where the real team-building happens, and it lasts longer than a day out at a bowling alley.

Why teams choose art over the usual team-building

Most team-building activities are competitive, which quietly rewards the people who are already loud. Art flips that. It's collaborative and calm, so the quieter members of a team — often the ones doing the deep work — get to shine for once. That alone makes it worth choosing over a high-adrenaline outing.

There's a wellbeing angle too. Making something with your hands is a proven way to lower stress, and for teams running on back-to-back calls, ninety screen-free minutes is a genuine reset, not a gimmick. Add the fact that everyone walks out with a finished piece — a memento of the day, sometimes hung in the office afterwards — and it earns its place in a budget better than most offsite line items.

Session formats and art forms

Sessions are built around your team's size, mood, and what you want out of the day. These are the formats companies book most.

Collaborative canvas & big-mural painting

Everyone paints a panel that joins into one large artwork, or the team fills a single big canvas together. It's the strongest choice when connection is the goal — the piece only works if people coordinate. Many teams keep the finished mural on an office wall as a reminder of the day. Our canvas painting team session is the most-booked version of this.

Indian folk-art sessions

For something with more cultural depth, teams learn a traditional Indian craft in a simplified, beginner-friendly form. Lippan mirror-work is a favourite because it's tactile and the finished piece sparkles; Madhubani and mandala sessions suit groups who'd rather paint fine detail than go big and bold. These land especially well for cultural-day or festival-themed corporate events.

Relaxed "unwind" art sessions

Some teams don't want a big collaborative production — they want to decompress. A calmer, individual-canvas session, sometimes themed around mindfulness or a simple mandala, works as a wellness break during a long conference or a high-pressure quarter. Lower energy, same reset.

At your office or our studio

You choose where it happens. Both work well; the right one depends on your team size and how much you want to organise:

Option Best for Good to know
At your office Larger teams, zero travel hassle We bring everything; you provide the room
At an offsite venue / hotel Away-days and conferences We set up on-site wherever you're based
At the studio (C.R. Park) Smaller teams wanting a change of scene A dedicated creative space, no setup for you

A standard session runs ninety minutes to two hours, which fits neatly into an offsite agenda or a long lunch-and-learn. For office sessions anywhere in Delhi NCR, all we need is a room with tables and a bit of space; everything else — materials, cover sheets, setup, and cleanup — comes with us.

Group size, materials & what's included

Sessions run comfortably from a small team of eight or ten up to large groups of fifty-plus, with the format adjusted so a big room still feels guided rather than chaotic. Very large headcounts are split into managed batches or run as parallel stations.

Every booking includes:

  • All art materials — canvases or boards, paints, brushes, and folk-art supplies
  • Aprons and full table protection, so no one worries about their outfit or your floors
  • A professional artist leading the whole session, plus support staff for bigger groups
  • Setup and cleanup handled entirely by our team
  • Every participant's finished artwork to keep

Want your logo, a product motif, or a company value woven into the theme? That's easy to build in, and it makes the finished pieces feel tied to your brand rather than generic.

What a corporate workshop costs

Pricing is usually per-person and depends on a few clear factors, so you get a quote tailored to your event rather than a fixed sticker price. What shapes it:

  • Group size — larger teams often bring the per-head cost down
  • Art form and materials — a big canvas mural differs from folk-art with mirrors or metallics
  • Session length and complexity
  • Location — at your office, an offsite venue, or the studio
  • Custom branding or a bespoke theme

Share your headcount, preferred format, and location, and you'll get a clear per-person quote before committing. No vague packages.

Teams we've worked with

Credibility matters when you're booking on behalf of a whole team, so worth knowing who's already trusted these sessions. We've run creative workshops for Airbnb, Qualcomm, upGrad, and Shoppers Stop, among others — a mix of tech, education, and retail teams, which tells you the format flexes across very different company cultures.

The studio's work has also been covered by Hindustan Times, Business Standard, ThePrint, and ANI. All of it is run by folk-art fusion artist Rajni Dutta from a working studio in C.R. Park, South Delhi, so your team is learning from a practising artist, not a generic event agency subcontracting the actual teaching. The artist's background and the studio's story fills in the detail.

How to book your team session

Booking is built to be quick, because you've got enough on your plate planning the rest of the offsite:

  1. Send the brief. Rough headcount, preferred dates, and where you'd like it — your office, a venue, or the studio. Start on the corporate enquiry page.
  2. We propose a format. You get a recommended art form, session plan, and a per-person quote suited to your group.
  3. Confirm the details. Date, timing, theme, and any custom branding are locked in writing.
  4. We run the whole thing. Our team arrives, sets up, leads the session, and clears everything away. You just show up with your people.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do employees need any art experience?

None at all. Sessions are designed for complete beginners and led step by step, so even the self-declared "can't draw a straight line" people finish with something they're happy with. That's the whole point — it levels the room.

Can you run the workshop at our office?

Yes. We bring all materials, cover sheets, and setup to your office or offsite venue anywhere in Delhi NCR — you just provide a room with tables. Smaller teams can also come to the studio in C.R. Park.

How large a group can you handle?

From small teams of eight or ten up to fifty-plus. Larger headcounts are run as managed batches or parallel stations with extra support staff, so a big group still feels guided rather than chaotic.

How long does a corporate session take?

Usually ninety minutes to two hours, which slots neatly into an offsite agenda or an extended lunch. The length can be adjusted to fit your schedule and the art form chosen.

Which companies have you worked with?

We've run sessions for teams including Airbnb, Qualcomm, upGrad, and Shoppers Stop, spanning tech, education, and retail. The studio has also been featured by Hindustan Times, Business Standard, ThePrint, and ANI.

Can the workshop be branded or themed for our company?

Yes. Themes, colour palettes, a logo, or a company value can be built into the session, so the finished pieces tie back to your brand rather than feeling generic. Tell us the idea and we'll design around it.
